Self-check in with smart lock.  Check-in is at 3:00 PM EST, check-out is at 10:30AM EST.  A $250 fee will be imposed for any late checkout past 10:45 AM EST.

Guests can contact me via text or e-mail.

 Coffee/tea/hot chocolate bar, waffle bar, condiments, spices, oil, baking ingredients (flour, sugar, etc.). Water spicket and ice maker in the refrigerator.  Bosch induction stove.

Max occupancy is 8 including children 0-17.  Guests must be 21 or older.  Visiting guests must be approved by the host.

2 tier deck,  Upper deck has private access from the master bedroom and has a loveseat and 2 chairs.  Lower deck has a propane grill, table that seats 6 and 2 lounge chairs.  All furniture is available spring, summer and fall.  Outdoor firepit with 8 chairs and 2 side tables.

Fire extinguishers are located under the kitchen sink and in the garage

We accept children but the home has not been child proofed

We accept up to 2 dogs.  A signed pet agreement is required along with age, breed and weight of the dog (s). House trained and no pee pads allowed.

Yes with prior approval and an additional deposit and event fee.  Unapproved events/parties will result in immediate eviction without a refund and forfeiture of the deposit.

No smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, vape, etc..) indoors on the back decks or by the front door.  A designated outdoor smoking area is provided with a bench and receptacle to dispose cigarette butts in.  $250 fine for smoking in undesignated areas

55" Roku TV.  Ring security camera on the front of the house is motion activated and records visual and audio

My husband (Jim) and I love to travel and explore new places.  I have always been drawn to hospitality/customer service types of employment.  My husband is a General Contractor and works for a commercial demolition company in the Boston area.  Together we make the perfect pair.  We work side by side to fix up the properties and I handle the hospitality side.  <br />
We are avid skiers and visited Gunstock Mountain about 7 or 8 years ago for the first time.  We fell in love with the mountain and all the employees were so friendly.  We came back for our honeymoon when we got married in 2016.  When we were looking for a second home this is the area that we first thought of.  We looked in other towns but ultimately set our sights on and fell in love with the Gunstock acres community in Gilford.  We hope you love this area as much as we do!<br />
